3.2 Account Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. peso991 reserves the right to suspend accounts where provided information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
3.3 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peso991 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. peso991 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to peso991 support immediately.
3.4 Account Activity. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and any communications submitted via your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive (no login and no account activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. peso991 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email or mobile number. In no event shall a dormancy fee reduce a balance below zero.
4.1 Accepted Currency. All financial transactions on peso991 — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus credits — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). peso991 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. peso991 currently supports the following Philippine payment channels, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as published on the platform:
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be subject to a processing delay or return, less any applicable fees charged by the payment provider.

4.6 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. peso991 reserves the right to apply AML (anti-money laundering) compliance checks to withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
4.7 Player Funds. Player wallet balances are held in accounts segregated from peso991's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to ensure that Player funds remain available for withdrawal independent of peso991's operating cash flow.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers available on peso991 are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits awarded to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. peso991 reserves the right to void bonus credits, cancel related winnings, and suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses by using multiple accounts; using wager patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms; or any other conduct that peso991 determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of a promotional offer.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus credits that are not used within thirty (30) days of issuance will expire and be forfeited. peso991 will provide prior notice of imminent bonus expiry via the Player's registered mobile number or account notification.
5.5 No Cash Value. Bonus credits have no intrinsic cash value and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or substituted. Bonus credits are credited solely for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements and become withdrawable cash only upon satisfaction of such requirements.
5.6 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion. If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements attached to active bonus credits, peso991 reserves the right to deduct the bonus credit amount (and any winnings derived directly therefrom) from the Player's balance before processing the withdrawal.
6.1 Random Number Generators. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games offered on peso991 — including slots, virtual table games, bingo, and arcade titles — use certified RNG systems that are independently tested for statistical randomness and fairness by accredited gaming test laboratories. The certification status of these RNG systems is maintained on an ongoing basis.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 6.5 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records maintained in peso991's server logs shall be conclusive evidence of the game result. A Player who disputes a result must raise the dispute with peso991's support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant game round completing.

10.3 Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, peso991's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player to their peso991 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. peso991 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or peso991 had been advised of their possibility.
10.5 Force Majeure. peso991 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond peso991's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government-imposed restrictions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
peso991 collects, stores, processes, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the peso991 Privacy Policy.
peso991 is committed to compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Personal data collected by peso991 is used for account management, regulatory compliance (including KYC and AML obligations), fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalized gaming services.
peso991 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council), payment providers, game developers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to deliver the Services and comply with applicable law.
Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to peso991's legal retention obligations. Data subject requests may be submitted via the peso991 support team.
12.1 By peso991. peso991 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without notice, if peso991 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player's account has been used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) continuation of the account would expose peso991 to legal or regulatory liability; or (d) the Player has provided false or misleading information.
12.2 By the Player. A Player may close their peso991 account at any time by contacting peso991 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance, net of any outstanding bonus obligations, will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method. Accounts under active fraud investigation may be held pending resolution.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account, the Player's licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. All pending bonus credits, wagering requirements, and promotional entitlements are forfeited upon termination. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party.

Where amendments are material, peso991 will provide notice to registered Players via the platform notification system, the Player's registered mobile number, or email, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Continued use of the peso991 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must close their account before the effective date of the amendment.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to the use of peso991 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Jurisdiction. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set forth in Section 14.3 below.
14.3 Dispute Resolution Procedure. In the event of any dispute between a Player and peso991, the following escalation procedure shall apply: (i) the Player must first contact peso991's customer support team and allow up to fourteen (14) business days for a resolution to be proposed; (ii) if the dispute remains unresolved after fourteen (14) business days, either party may escalate the matter to mediation in accordance with applicable Philippine ADR rules; (iii) if mediation fails, the parties may pursue their respective legal remedies before the competent Philippine courts.
14.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
